  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    Due to COVID-19, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges. Any refused packages will result in a store credit as outlined below. All Wholesale Orders are Final. No returns accepted! Any refused packages will result in a store credit only less fees as outlined below.


    While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, Elite Boutique reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

    Additionally, Elite Boutique reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

    An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
    An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
    Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
    Similarly, Elite Boutique reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?


    All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

    After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

    All wholesale orders will be shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Insured Mail dependent upon the package size and weight.

    **USPS and UPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.


    To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided by customer is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

  • USPS / UPS Delivery Issues:

    If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it; you must contact us within 24 hours for direction on filing a claim.

    We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete.

    Elite Boutique does not hold or accept responsibility for packages once they have been reported as delivered by the carrier and will not issue refunds or credits for packages that go missing once confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

  • Refused/Undeliverable Packages: 
    If a customer refuses a package or if a package is Undeliverable, the customer will be charged for any fees we incur with having the packages returned to us as well as the original shipping cost if the order originally qualified for free shipping and a 20% restocking fee. 
    The refused/Undeliverable package shall remain in the possession of Elite Boutique until such time as the customer remits payment for any fees and shipping cost for Elite Boutique to send the item(s) again. If payment is not received within 30 days of the first failed delivery, then the item is forfeited and a store credit will be issued less any fees and shipping cost Elite Boutique incurred for that order to be shipped to customer even if the package qualified for free shipping as stated above.
  • Shipping charges are non refundable.
  • Items with Free Shipping:
    Returns on items that included 'Free Shipping' will be credited for the item ONLY minus the
    original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you. 'Free Shipping' will no longer apply once the item is returned. You will be responsible for
    the return shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges to send your replacement item.
  • How are Out of Stock Items handled?

    If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

    Wholesale Orders have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) per Collection of 10 pieces. In the event that an item is out of stock and if you do not want to select another piece the order will be canceled and you will be refunded.

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

    Credit Card is the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Elite Boutique has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club.
